Read-a-thon Day 2

We finished off our fun Read-a-thon day with a movie, Pagemaster, and treats from Ms. Mathes.

The kids loved watching these funny soccer players earlier this week. They came to celebrate all the cookie dough the students sold to raise money for Mill Creek. Micah even got to play soccer with them. 

 

 

 

 

Fall Fun With Books

What a great start to our day! The PTA gave all the kids books. 😍 Sully's mom read us a story, we read to our kindergarten buddies, we made our own snack mix and now we are reading. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

nature and science station

We have started a new science unit outside. It seems like everyone is having fun in the nature. We are in groups of 3,4 or 5. Some of the groups are called stream 1, stream 2, sunny, tree, trail and tree line.We are looking for living and non living things.Some of the animals we found are a catapiller and butterfly🐛🌺.We bring our iPads out to take pictures and see if our area has changed.We also take a notebook to write our thinking and draw a picture.by Kenzie and Ella!!!.

 

 

 

 

Runge Field Trip

Pumpkin day

We did a vote on class pumpkin and the Emoji Won. Danielle made The crying Emoji and Julianna made the silly face Emoji. It will be at the Couger Fun Fest. Come to buy the Emoji pumpkin to put in your house for Holloween.  :) :(

Pumpkins

Max's mom brought pumpkins to decorate. She brought lots of decorations for us to make our pumpkins. Some things she brought were spider webs, glue, paint, glue spray, glitter markers, and stickers. Thank you!!  It was fun! by Jaden and Noah
