Dot Day

Dot day is a day that is about creations.Dot day you do activities with dots. That day is a holiday from the book The Dot. Dot Day is a day to make your mark by being kind to others. Today we are making dot creations . First creation we made was small dots inside big dots.       By Micah and Jacob.

Comparing Numbers

We learned how to compare numbers today. We used the greater than, less than and equal to symbols. Then we played Place Value War.

We reviewed place value today by playing place value Yatzee. 

Student Council

Our brave student council hopefuls gave fabulous speeches!  I'll count the votes later today. All would be wonderful representatives for our class. 

The Assembly

Today we had an assembly. It was about an escape artist.  Itwas very cool except for the part where we had to sit on towels in the middle of wet grass.  There were little bugs everywhere but the escape artist was very cool. The escape artist's wife was very good at playing violin.  She played violin to rock and classical. He has escaped from jails. He had a whole bunch of handcuffs from different countries states and and police  officers.  He had handcuffs from Switzerland and some thumb cuffs. The wife called up for teachers to help. One got out in a straight jacket. It was very cool. By Alissa
