Holiday Party

We had a blast at our holiday party. We had delicious food:  homemade pretzels, cheese stars, hot chocolate, popcorn, and much more. The kids also got to make a cute hot chocolate reindeer to take home.

We enjoyed hearing all the grade levels sing holiday songs this morning. And we got a chanc to thank all the people who support our school.

Making a Scene in Maker's Space

We went to the Maker's Space today. We had to create a scene from Legos with a partner.  Some things we made were bridges, castles, and wars.

We were making a snowman with our kindergarten buddies. First we did the body. The second thing that we did is we glued the arms on. The third thing was to glue on the mittens. The fourth step was to glue of the hat and boots. The 5th thing that we  did was to make the face. The last thing we did was glue colors to the legs. We had fun!  By Jackson and Youssef

 

 

We did five and 10 with snap cubes to make 50. Some noticings that we found are two fives make a 10. 10 is five doubled. The five and tens are the same length if you try to make 50. By Matthew and AliJah
